This restaurant replaced a not so memorable Chinese restaurant. I have been here twice for take away.
The meat samosas were fresh and obviously home-made. very tasty indeed. The meat dupiaza was a big and delicious portion. The lamb meat was fresh and looked right and tasted well. Nothing was iffy and for us it is now our good local curry house.

What used to be an uninspiring Chinese is now a smart and modern restaurant serving up a fusion of Indian and Bangladeshi food. We picked up a menu when we were in the area and it includes some really unique dishes, as well as familiar favourites, and great deals in the form of Indian Tapas and Thali selections.
Everything we ordered was a cut above your average local Indian, and the garlic masala was delicious - an almost korma-like dish with a rich creamy sauce that had a fresh flavour. Other chicken dishes were equally tasty and the aloo gobi was very good, with the cauliflower retaining some bite rather than turning to mush. The main difference was that we didn't feel heavy or bloated afterwards, because all the dishes were fresh and not overly spiced or coloured.
We will certainly be going back to sit in the restaurant and to take advantage of the £7.95 Sunday buffet, which sounds like a bargain. The staff are really friendly too, and you can tell they genuinely care about the food coming out of the kitchen - something that is very rare these days!
