I couldn't agree more with the comments made about this establishment.
After ordering a "Beef burger" from the menu, I recieved a cheeseburger, which I possibly would have contemplated eating if the cheese wasn't rubbery and stringy, so I sent it back and asked for what I had originally ordererd. Unfortunately that wasn't much better. The "burger" was as thin as 2 strips of ham stuck together and tasted like it had been frozen and cooked in a microwave.
Shan't be going back, ever!!!!

I've just been to the Tinseltown in Hampstead and unfortunately there's no review page for that one so i'll write here instead. This has to be the WORST burger experience. What a joke ... patties that have obviously been frozen, tastless and thin. Obviously the owners have put as little love in all their outlets as possible.
Not only was the food embarassingly bad, but the service was rediculous with the waiter barely speaking English and getting our orders wrong (the place was nearly empty so no stress as an excuse). And to top it all off it was expensive. Even if it was a great burger, at £7.50 a burger its not great value.
With so many burger options out there, please don't go to Tinsletown!
