I went to l'Atelier des Chefs after having experienced the one in Paris. I truly had a great time and learnt a few tricks. The express lunch menu is really good when in a hurry and in true French style a glass of wine followed by an espresso followed my freshly cooked lunch, definitely worth a visit.

Monday, September 22, 2008 - The kitchen is clean. Very clean. That's our workspace in the photo above. There are about 14 people in the class. I may not be able to cook, but I'm the only person who knows what sabayon is. (Too well-acquainted with the dessert menu now, isn't she?) We get started...
