The Swan at Boxmoor used to be a dull pub that had lost it's way. Since the total refurb, it has been transformed into a stylish, welcoming gastro pub serving mainly English dishes with a selection of world foods. The quality of the food was excellent but lacked seasoning. I particularly liked the starters which were surprisingly different and very well presented. The service was quick, friendly and informal from knowledgeable staff. The restaurant area was comfortably full for a Wednesday evening and contributed to a good atmosphere. I would happily recommend this restaurant to friends and family and will be visiting again myself.
