Del Aziz (Swiss Cottage)

Del'Aziz in Swiss Cottage is lovely place to relax with friends. Good family atmosphere; good food for good value. Many people who use the library and the leisure facilities go there. Others like me just go there because it is a nice place to meet friends. The service is good in my opinion. Some times people hold birthday parties for their children which adds quite a nice atmosphere.

This restaurant is conveniently located inside the Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre -- which doesn't do their service any good. Waiters are running around without plan or the intention to serve people. Guests are desperately trying to get a menu, order food or pay.

Last time we went we left after having waited for more than 15min without anyone paying any attention to us (and the place was not busy) but the worst thing is: they don't notice and they don't care. They have enough customers from the leisure centre. Very sad, it could be a real gem if they would recruit decent staff.
