I took my partner out for breakfast before work two weeks ago, we had fairly limited time, we weren't in a rush but didn't have hours. We placed our order then were completely forgotten about for 45 minutes, we hadn't responded because we had been discussing something quite important but once we did we found out our meals weren't even started. They rushed out our meals which weren't cooked well at all, my partner then got hers to go as she had no time to eat it and when I went to pay there was no offer of discount or free coffee or anything to rectify the situation, full price charge!! I left with a sour taste in my mouth and won't be back...
