Lovely venue, nice people but customer service was well below par.

When food was not up to standard and sent back they said it was fine and refused to take it off the bill. When I said I wasn't happy they said that they bought the food half cooked and just "finished it off" on the premises so there couldn't be anything wrong with it!

Bottom line is it's ok if you having burgers etc but for gods sake stay away from the Pork Belly or anything fancier! Oh and the next table to us sent back the mussels so I'd say stay away from them too! If they'd just removed it from the bill I'd have given it a 4* review but the customer service has put me off ever going back.

Such a shame as I used to like sitting in their beer garden as it's rather smart.
