Worst restaurant I have ever been to, absolutely awful.

I never usually write reviews but I would like to warn everyone on how bad this place is.

We booked a table of 4, pretty standard of any other restaurant but certainly not this one. The place was empty yet food took nearly an hour to get out to us, the service was appalling waiters had no idea on how to run a restaurant (my nan's dog could have done better). Food was even worse!

Well.. where do I start with this so called 'Restaurant'. Service was beyond pathetic. I asked for a 'Pollo pizza'.. what did I get??.... Spaghetti carbonara. When I asked to see the manager, my first thought was rude and arrogant to say the least. He was very unhelpful and told me that refunds were not a part of their policy. I would NOT even recommend this to my worst enemy.

Sorry, I must agree with some of the previous...The setting is lovely but food is not fresh, at all. We ordered a salad which was tiny and lacking one of the ingredients. The pesto was totally tasteless...I have spent a lot of time in Italy so I know what I am talking about. It probably came from Waitrose round the corner... Service is ok but not attentive enough. The verdict: mediocre. You can get decent Italian in London, though. Won't go back.

This Italian restaurant has recently been refurbished and now under a new management and is definitely worth visiting . I was really surprised at how very good it was. The food was exceptional and although expensive it was well worth it. Great service, friendly but also very attentive. Also there is a stunning garden which is perhaps the greatest asset.

Shocked by the reviews here, went for the first time on Friday night and utterly loved the place. Service was very friendly, prompt and non-intrusive, the food (both starters and main courses) was delicious - though some of the fish had been frozen - and the bill was so reasonable i thought something had been left off. We enjoyed so much we went back for lunch the next day and again had a fantastic time.

Check your bill twice! food was not bad but service unprofessional and the biggest surprise came at the end whe they charged us 25% for service...

wouldnt recommend it but if you go bring a calculator with you!

the potential was there, very good outdoor space, all ruined by a specially slow service. The service looked to be not up to the standards you would expect from a restaurant with an expensive bill at the end. We ordered something only to be told, after a good 10 minutes, that the dish was not available. My friend asked for a coke and received it after 20 minutes etc.

The food was a mediocre as it was overpriced and the service was polite but not professional!

Waiting for food was quite irritating, and waiting for the bill was another interesting struggle. Pity but we think we won't be back soon!

the food did not taste fresh at all, and the staff were unapologetic about our dissatisfaction. The service was extremely slow. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, there are plenty of better Italians in the area - dont waste your time or money here. dreadful place.
