As a trader at Spitalfields I know the owners and am sad to say they are closing soon. We need more affordable good quality food and the chains are not cutting it!
They are sucking the life out of the market.

Wednesday, October 01, 2008 - Mama-Thai’s was one of the best of the ethnic food stalls making a regular appearance at The Upmarket in Spitalfield every Sunday. Now they have decamped to a small café, which judging from the queues outside is already proving to be a bit of a hit with local workers.
