delightfully calm, quiet and unhurried, away from the chaos of the airport itself. i had the pleasure of staying in the hotel itself and you would even find it hard to imagine that so many planes were taking off nearby.

the food is very good, classically French and well presented. wine was a little pricey but the list was thoughtfully put together. there were few fireworks but no disappointments. service was especially charming.

at this airport, dine nowhere else. you will not regret a lunch here.
