Exceline Exotic Dishes

I have been there several time for a few years. The food is great and the atmosphere is not bad. May be the toilets need to be refurbished a little. I do agree there is a certain female whom has an attitude problem, the management need to replace her, however the other staff our fine and managers very friendly.

My experience of the food and atmosphere in this restaurant has not been too bad. The food is ok and the management make an effort to give a good service to their customers. I find that one waitress has an attitude problem. When you go to order it's as if you have come to her house and bothered her to cook you a meal. She needs a reality check and to learn some good customer service skills. Nonetheless the other waiters are very polite and give a warm welcome. Exceline has done its best to cater for their customers.

I disagree with your reviews about Exceline Exotic Dishes, the ambience is very rich with African Artifacts which is ideal for people who wish to experience Ugandan or African cuisine without setting foot in Uganda or the African Continient for that matter. Every occassion I and my family have visited the Exceline restaurant we have had a great time. The taste and aroma of the food is fresh and unique only to Exceline! It can not be replicated any where else in London. Let us give credit where it is due, considering that most of the ingredients on the menu are not sourced locally.
