Nando's (Westfield)

Worst restaurant iv'e ever been too!! A group of us ordered a table for my friends 21st birthday, was all going well. went up to order my meal at the till and was greeted by someone with a face like a smacked ass and had the eqivelent personality to match. As I'm allergic to spices and i explained this to the lady and all i was having was chips because of this, she gave me a snarly face and commented 'well whats the point of you coming here then?' as shocked by this comment as i was, i didn't reply as i didn't want to make a fuss for my friends birthday.

The food came out very quickly but one of my friends was still waiting, 10mins later all of our food was cold. He when up to complain and found out that it went to the wrong table and had been sitting on the side getting cold. They were so rude to him and didn't even apologies for their mistake. Finally the manager came over and gave a half ass apology trying to make out that it was our fault. But he gave him two free desserts. we all waited another 15mins and it finally came by this point all of our food was cold.

All in all a bad place to eat!!

Probably the best Nando's i've been to and i've seen one or two celebs in there too, Professor Green was in there when i went.

I have never been to a more busy nandos. However this makes for a great atmosphere in the store and the staff were very friendly.

Rubbish - they shut at 8, YES 8PM where as the other restaurants are open till 10/11
