This is probably the worst restaurant i have ever ever been.

come on, the price is absolutely ridiculous., the food quality is terrible and the stuff behavior is a joke. how they survive?

The food come so late . the quality is rubbish like they buy it from Lidl and give it to you. the price is much much higher than the value.

for example they have a persian kebab which does not look like a Persian kebab at all (I am Persian) and it is £12.50 !! this kebab in the best Iranian restaurant is maximum £7. besides it is so small and is not enough even for a kid. the taste is horrible.

To be honest i go to restaurant twice a week or more and never seen a place like this. everything is horrible.

You go there, you give them your money and have to eat somewhere else again.

After a lovely day and relaxing way to enjoy the evening, we thought we would go and see what was on offer around Westfield to eat. This place LOOKED good, little to our knowledge!!

Upon entering we were asked by 3 waiters if we had been seen to for a table, each time we told them yes...we ordered the 3course set menu and it was horrible. After taking our order, we got our starter of sausage and falafel...1 portion missing, when asked we were told that that how it comes.

5 mins after finishing the starter our plates were taken, it took 45 minutes for our main to arrive which again didn't really look appetising.

I complaint about the service and was told it was due to the lack of staff in the kitchen...why couldn't they tell me this before??

The dessert was something you could pick up from tesco...saying that M&S desserts are way better!

I consuming again to the manger and he didn't even seem apologetic at all.

Avoid at all costs...I managed to get £10 knocked of the bill, which I should of tried for the full amount of one set meal...

Will never eat there again...if you enjoy your food go to burger king or something, you will get much better service and faster food!!!

Went there today for lunch. I've just got to say that it was prob the worst sandwich I've ever tasted in my entire life (this is no exaggeration). I ordered an aubergine and roasted pepper sandwich but there was something very wrong with the vegetables because they were bitter and sour.

I've eaten there before and was also disappointed with my meal the last time. Why was I sucker to go back again? Who knows, all I know is I've learnt from my mistakes and won't be going back again.

The meze dishes were quite good, but a bit small.

The lamb tagine was good and quite large.

Service was good. Not much atmosphere.

I visited Del Aziz Westfield a week ago and received the worst service, disappointing cruddy food and was expected to tip for the experience, needless to say I will not be returning and neither will any of my friends and family who I have warned. Avoid and please do not waste your hard earned cash here!!!

The food was fine, kind of average middle eastern stuff, generous portions. Desserts were absolutely amazing and the portions unbelievably big: I had a chocolate meringue that I couldn't even finish half of - they kindly packed it up for me.

However I think it's possibly the worst (and most bizarre) service I've had for a while - first the waitress rushed over to take our wine order while we were very obviously still looking at the wine menu, then she appeared to completely forget we existed. The place was almost empty, but instead of processing the remaining customers she set about with great zeal laying tables for the next day - it was impossible to catch her eye.No one cleared our empty plates for 40 minutes, we ended up actually having to wave the manager over to do so, no one asked if we wanted coffee and we had to extract the information from them about how to go about ordering dessert (since we were having the set menu).

Basically it's a place to go for a giant piece of cake and a smoke, that's it.

I went to Del'Aziz for the first time yesterday (5th May 2010). It was my sisters birthday over the weeekend so I thought it would be nice to take her out. It was a BIG disappointment. The food was not upto any standard like other Morroccan restaurants. The lamb shish when we first ordered it came rare and when we asked for it to be cooked slightly more it came back burnt. Instead of the manager coming to apologise he told us that we asked for it to be cooked well done. He was not apologetic at all. In fact, when our main course came (unfortunately we ordered another lamb dish) it was so tough and dry that we had to wash it down with our cocktails!!

When it was time for us to leave the manager came upto us and asked if everything was ok. Obviously it wasn't and when we questioned him about the lamb he told us it must have been meat from the last batch and it may have been mutton not lamb!

I mean, if your going to serve mutton then surely you should write 'mutton shish' on the menu.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you like choking on your food.

I went there to kick start the birthday weekend and no disappointment at all. The online booking service was excellent, even sending you a confirmation text! The service was brillant, despite the busy evening. The food was excellent and portions fairly generous and undoubtedly fresh and healthy. The belly dancing added a little touch to the evening and you could have a go if you wanted to as well.

And if you fancied a bit of shisha (pipes), there is a small area on the terrace to accomodate. Going back for sure.

Now for someone who grew up in Morocco and has eaten Moroccan food in numerous countries around the world the meal in Del Aziz has to be the least Moroccan place of them all and the worst meal I have had in my life when thinking of all the other restaurants I have been to. The fast food joints surpassed Del Aziz.

For starters we had tiger prawn borek (£6.5) and grilled sardines (£5.50), each starter plate had only 2 pieces of each item, the portions were very small, and it did nothing for our taste buds. To be honest the starters looked more like those small samplers they pass around in supermarkets. For the main meal we had ordered a vegetable couscous (£11.50) and a Moroccan lamb (£13.50), before ordering we were assured by the head waiter that the Moroccan lamb was an actual lamb shank, yet when the food arrived it was a skewer of lamb, with 5 small pieces only. My vegetable couscous was beyond disappointing, there were 3 table spoons of couscous and 1 table spoon of vegetables on my plate. The couscous dish consisted of mainly tomato paste broth with a few left over vegetables thrown in mainly for garnish I think. This did not come close to what a real Moroccan couscous dish should taste like, I have never seen thick tomato paste for a Moroccan couscous vegetable broth in my life. We had waited 45 minutes for the main dishes to arrive and after eating it we were so disappointed we just wanted to pay and leave. Even our beers were warm, when we asked the waiter for a cold one we were told we only have these. I think the chefs need some serious lessons in BASIC FOOD PREPARATION, and the managers need to make sure that the meals that are served in their restaurant actually tastes like food, forget the elaborate labelling Mediterranean this, Iranian that and Moroccan this. The staff are clueless and have no idea what the items are on their menu. They keep on passing huge baskets of bread around hoping that this will numb our taste buds to their bad meal and terrible portions. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
