I have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Would recommend and will be going back

I have just returned from eating at Del Aziz in Westfield and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was truly terrible, the food tasteless and dry and the toilets had not been cleaned in many hours. Overall. poor value for money. There are so many other restaurants in the Shepherds Bush area that offer fantastic service and value for money. This however is one to avoid.

I was party of a party of 5 who went to Del Aziz (Westfield) on Saturday night. Althought the food was good (not exceptional, but good), the atmosphere OK, and the price right, the service really let them down. Once they had delivered our main courses they just forgot about us. At least 30 minutes after we had finished our mains, we had to ask them to take away our empty plates and for some more wine. Which they did, but then they forgot about us again! We might have had deserts and coffees, but they took so long that in the end we decided it was getting too late. There are lots of other Turkish/Greek restaurants around where you are made to feel quite special, for example, by being given a wee complimentary plate of bread and oil to start the evening - no such thing here. I won't be going back.

All I can say is I wish I had read the reviews before visiting - medicore food, poor value for money and waiting staff without a clue how to tend tables. Our food took an age to arrive!
Never before have I bothered to write a restuarant review but after my experience today I felt i needed to warn others. Great concept but they fail to deliver..... perhaps I should given them anohter chance to redeem themselves ( i think not!)

There isn't much of an atmosphere here as it is at the very back of the Southern Terrace. The food is decent and reasonably priced but the manager's patronising attitude towards me after I commented on the gone-off cheesecake I had been served means that I will never be spending a penny of my money here again.

We went here as we thought the choices on the menu sounded good. It seemed to go downhill from there. The service we had was awful we had to wait for ages for our food and drinks to arrive. Three dishes we wanted to order were 'finished' (at lunch time). When the food did arrive the portions were quite small. The food was not very tasty either. I ordered 'Mirza Ghassemi' and was very disappointed as it was tasteless and I could not detect any aubergines only tinned tomatoes with scrambled eggs. Sounds as bad as it tasted... We weren't served bread with this and when the bread did arrive 15 minutes after the rest of our food, it was stale, as it is served in a basket that was uncovered.
The toilets were in a poor state - of 3 cubicles, 1 had a broken seat, and 1 was filthy. Considering the restaurant has only been open for a few months It doesn't bode well for the future.
I can only say that I will not be returning again. It's a shame because the restaurant is actually quite nice but their incompetent staff and tasteless food let it down.

Tuesday lunch was supposed to be a special occasion for a birthday girl. What a disaster.
To say the lamb tagine was a bitter disappointment is an understatement. The previous reviewer raved about their 'fish specialist' cooking for her. If he cooked the lamb, he should stick to fish.
Minimalist (read 'miserable') portion, weak tasteless sauce with no readily identifiable N. African spices in it at all,. A few sad vegetables and two prunes for consolation. And the couscous, a handful would be a just measure.
The salads in the so called 'deli' bar are uninspired and uninspiring. The portions you get for a fiver an insult. The various breads on offer from the bread basket are pre-cut in portions. Thus ensuring they are all dry and unappetising.
On the bright side, the mint tea is excellent. And you like to hang out and smoke a little banana-flavoured tobacco in a water pipe, while reading a book in the sun, then you are in your element on the terrace. A bottle of wine. Or a beer perhaps.
Just don't expect too much from the food and service departments. You will pay over the odds. And be disappointed. Better to eat greek next door.

I have to say this restaurant surprised me. For a mall I was expecting something sub par but somehow this charming little abode won me.
I came on a sunny day and decided I would enjoy the lovely outdoor patio. I was greeted by a very friendly server who offered to cover me in a pink blanket to stay warm and comfortable and somehow I felt I was on holiday.
Ordered an unforgettable Salmon special with some sort of sweet red onion chutney which I learned was cooked by their Moroccan fish specialist, no wonder it was so good.
I didn't get to try their pastries and cakes but they looked so perfect I thought it was a candy land.
Highly recommend!

The location is nice, the decor is interesting, the food was tasty if rather small portioned, but my god the service was attrocious. There were about 5 occupied tables when we were there but the staff could not cope. Three couples left in the space of 20 mins as they were not served, another couple should have left as they were made to wait at a table full of dirty plates for ages before someone went to them. Even by the end of their dinner they still had half the dirty plates from the previous customer.
I saw 3 other tables complain about the service, especially the drinks. One couple order Rose and were served Pinot Grigio. When they complained the waitress insisted it was Rose. Even when the bottle was brought and said otherwise she still insisted this was the only Rose they had left.
There was no attempt to greet us, seat us or take our orders quickly despite the place not being busy. Mains arrived before starters, and in no particular order. The mains were actually quite tasty, though do not order the platters as they are very measly for the amount charged.
A truly frustrating experience due to under-trained, uninterested staff means that I will not be back. I just wish I had refused to pay the full bill, especially the completely undeserved inclusive service charge.
