The food is good, the service friendly and it has a good atmosphere. It is children-friendly. Our children love the cakes. I definitely recommend it. We are happy with them. Certainly very relaxing atmosphere after shopping in the mall. They also have an evening sword dance show.

I have been to this restaurant during weekends with my family when we go shopping to Westfield. I have had brunch there as well as lunch in the afternoon. It is good value for the food and service. We have always had a good time sitting out near the pond. The cakes are good if you just want to have a quick rest and eat something light with tea or coffee.

A most fabulous night, when we held a 15 people birthday party on a Tuesday night at Del'Aziz, they really looked after us. The belly dancing with sword play was absolutely amazing. I don't how she does it. To top it all after dinner we had Shisha outside. Great fun, great place.

I was telling my friends about Del’Aziz and one of them told me I should check out this site. So I did and here I am adding to it. It looks like a lot of the comments given here are pretty “emotional” given that there are either no stars or maximum stars! So here is my take as your average regular (Middle Eastern) bloke. Like I told my friends all the Del’Azizes that I have been to so far were pretty neat places. The atmosphere was always ‘chilled’ and the staff usually friendly. The pastries are fantastic and the food never disappointing. All in all an enjoyable time out.

(By the way about the blocked toilets in Westfield a while ago, a friend who is a regular at the Westfield shopping centre told me that many toilets at the centre were blocked around that time. So give the Del’Aziz manager a break folks).

I went there for breakfast on Saturday and I just wanted to say how much they have improved on this part of their business, since they opened here. I am a great fan of Del'Aziz in Fulham with their marvellous breakfast and brunch. I want to thank the manager in Fulham to whom I complained about Westfield's breakfast a few months back; it is obvious they took my complaint seriously. I live in Holland Park area and Westfield is close to me; so Thank You.

All I can say is this restaurant is to be avoided completely, for the following reasons -

- Poor service

- Warm wine

- Overpriced menu

- Tasteless, Bland and Non-Fresh food

- Disgusting, blocked dirty ladies toilets and no toilet paper

My friends and I ordered some plates of food to share last night at this restaurant. We could barely even eat it. The baba ganoush didnt even taste like aubergine, infact I still dont know what was in it. The 3 prawns (priced at £7.50 for the 3) were tasteless, over cooked and NOT FRESH AT ALL! And, I know the difference between fresh seafood and non fresh - the difference is no comparison!

I have also eaten in other middle eastern restaurants in London where the food has been half the price and the taste just incredible, but this was just awful un-fresh bland food with no thought for the food or customers except for making money - day light robbery!

I did mention to the waitress how bad they were but she didnt seem to bothered to do anything about it. Thinking about it now (after paying a bill of £84 for a drink each and a few plates of disgusting food between 3 people, well we should of seriously complained but I really did not want to ruin a nice evening with my friends.

Please avoid this place. And by the way - all three ladies toilets were completely blocked - vile!

I cannot believe that the Westfield allows this terrible restaurant to be there on the terrace, really brings everything down. Please avoid!!

I visited the Westfield site (I am a regular at the Fulham branch, where I love the cakes and baked goods and also the decor) for the first time with my kids on Saturday. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helped entertain my four year old who was a bit uncertain at first of the low tables in the "Moroccan style lounge area", and had no problem satisfying my six year old's desire to try every type of bread offered in the bread basket (and there are quite a few!).

The food (mezze in particular) was very good, and the kids loved the grilled chicken and basmati, although I'm not sure the salsa verde is something to necessarily garnish a child's dish which is probably my only criticism of the whole experience.

Would definately return for a beer, wine or cocktail and a light and casual dinner for the family after a long afternoon flexing the plastic. The food is very good quality, sensibly priced and different from the usual fare you would normally expect in a Mall. Will definitely go back on my next visit to Westfield.

All the negative reviews are spot on. I don't understand how this restaurant survives with the high rent?

We walked in thinking the restaurant looked decent and there were spare tables outside on a busy day (first mistake). Our waiter took our order and spent the rest of the time talking to another waiter and making fun of a lady that walked in wearing something they didn't approve of. I could not believe they made fun of a customer in front of other customers.

The food was greasy, tasteless and expensive.

Never ever go there. It looked like they got a good interior designer to fit out the restaurant but have no idea how to run one.

Awful, really awful. There is no enthusiasm in the staff, in the service or in the quality of food. Chicken shish with saffron rice came with plain boiled rice and then the staff proceeded to tell me it had a tiny bit of saffron in it and was just how the chef intended. It tasted just like plain boiled rice ordered by my friend.

There's loads of choice at Westfield so recommend avoiding!!
