We organised a private dining room and selected a set meal from the extensive menu and had a fantastic evening in comfortable surroundings, great food and wine with excellent service.

We will book again and highly recommnend the pub and the group.

We held a works dinner for 34 people at the Hat & Tun. The event was a resounding success.

The organisation and setup was faultless and the food was simply fantastic! We had the pub closed just for our party which was brilliant.

As an event it was the best we have ever done and I can highly recommend using this as a venue and working with the team who manage it.

Its a little gem and well worth going to for a drink, lunch, dinner or a group party.

We held our chirstmas party at The Hat and Tun, and had the whole venue to ourselves. The food, staff, atmosphere was brilliant. I would highly recommend this venue. it was made all the more special, because of the lovely log fire. We had snow on the day of our party, so this was great to have the fire to keep us all warm.

Went to the Hat and Tun for a work xmas do - food was excellent, generous portions and well presnted. The whole thing was well run, and a lovely selection of wine too.

We held our Christmas party at The Hat and Tun and hired the whole pub. We had a fantastic evening - the food was amazing (especially considering 40 people were served at the same time), the service was brilliant and we would definitely recommend it to others. Not sure whether it is too early to book again for next Christmas?! A great find - especially with a real log fire to warm everyone up on arrival!

I hosted a small Christmas dinner at the Hat and Tun for various European and US colleagues. The evening was a great success. Food was fresh, hot and tasty and the traditional Christmas menu went down very well. Atmosphere was really friendly and the staff attentive at the right times. All in all a great fun evening.

I would recommend the private dining room highly.

We had a great table at the back of the pub next to the open fire booked for a party of 6. Excellent food, great service and a very enjoyable afternoon. Would definitely recommend this place.

Once again we held our annual dinner at the Hat and Tun (having done so in 2008) and once again the whole evening was a triumph. The restaurant catered for 55 of us and all the food was fresh, well-prepared, plentiful and delicious. We had the whole "pub" reserved for our exclusive use and the service was exceptional.

I held a Christmas party for a group of friends at The Hat and Tun on Saturday night. It's a great venue for a party - a lovely pub, brilliant bar staff and on a Sat night last orders are at 1am which is handy too. We took our own iPod and hooked it up to their speakers which had excellent sound quality. Can't fault the place. Great well stocked long bar with 3 real ales on tap and a good selection of wine. One of the most spotless pub loos I've been to in London too!

Would certainly recommend it for a party.

I held my 40th Birthday Party at the Hat and Tun. The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, the pub had a very nice relaxed atmosphere. I was asked several times when I would like food to come out. The pub was available from 7 -1am and we weren't rushed out. Several guests commented on the food being the nicest party food they have ever had. I was also able to bring my own ipod to play the music I wanted. I would highly recommend it as a party venue.
