West 5 Brasserie

quite quiet as it's in a hotel but this was a safe choice for a business lunch. monkfish was very good and dessert was pleasantly surprising. staff seemed a bit stressed out even though the place was half empty. wouldn't rush back but if in the area, you can get a decent meal here.
