Pretty good. Great service. The polonium special did not go down too well though.

Great family night out! We took our two children (6 and 9yrs) and they had a fabulous time, they loved the conveyor belt and the food. Hot dishes were great and staff were helpful and attentive, also the meal was relatively inexpensive.

This is superior to Yo Sushi! but I'm not sure that says much. The cold dishes have the same so-so quality as their competitor though the hot dishes are noticeably better. Service was erratic and they couldn't seem to remember our order. Note to the waiting staff - write the orders down and don't pretend you can memorise them when you clearly can't. With much better Japanese options now on offer, I think itsu and Yo Sushi are yesterday's experience. Go to the Japan Centre on Piccadilly for a cheaper, more authentic lunchtime experience - and be surrounded by Japanese people as well! Or splash out for Nobu.

This is a very nice sushi restaurant.
The sushi is on the modern/westen side. The sushi can come with sauces which I haven't seen before, but is one of the reasons I visit. The omellete sushi is amazing. I would say it's more western than Yo-sushi, and so much more so than Sakura, Tajima Tei, and the like.
I go out for sushi regularly and Itsu is always on the list.
The restaurant itself is quite stylish and dark. The food is served on a conveyor belt.

Much better than Yo! Sushi. Good service and a nice cosy atmosphere. Real Sushi fans may find the menu limited but novices such as myself can find lots of things to try.

First of all this is not Japanese sushi for the most part. I would class it more as Euro/Soho sushi. Where is the otoro tuna and the generous portions of freshly cut salmon? Where are is all the fresh fish? The best they offer is a tiny sliver of raw tuna at a high price. Despite the lack of authentic Japanese food the service is generally good. Prices are high considering that sushi is commonplace in the UK now and not the expensive novelty it once was. I've never seen a Japanese person in here and that about says it all. Still ok for a snack though.

Not bad but not as an exciting a venue as the South Ken branch; it lacked a bit of atmosphere.
The service was good but unfortunately some of the dishes looked a bit too tired and unappetising.

Not a bad vibe here but it's a bit overpriced for the tiny amounts of food you get off the conveyor belt. We were hungry an hour later.
