This is not sushi, the food is tasteless, and the sushi is similar quality to the likes of other chains like 'Yo Sushi', ie.poor.

Not a Japanese diner in sight, and no wonder, its all commercial for people who havent experienced sushi in a real Japanese place.

Good points -> drinks were ok and the atmosphere is nice.

Staff seemed friendly enough, but the food was not even up to par, I wouldnt return, even if the food was a quarter of the price.

very very poor quality of food for the price. When Itsu first opened i didn't mind paying a little more for my lunch because i felt i was getting what i paid for. I have just bought a Hip & Healthy meal, most of the salad is old, the leaves have started going brown around the edges. The avocado was hard, inedible. A gradual drop in standards as the company starts getting bigger and bigger. I won't be visiting again.

I've noticed people queuing outside this place and they seem well geared for a crowd of people waiting for a space... I have no idea why though. The décor is, nice and the service is good but the food is just simply poor. Poor selection poor quality yet expensive prices. We took items from the train and ordered some from the menu. The menu selections were better quality but very small. Ended up paying about £45 for a very light dinner of a few dishes including drinks.

my and my friend really fancied some sushi and since we were too tired to go anywhere i suggested itsu... for its premium quality and cheap prices. I was sooo disappointed! The food was not great, the miso too salty, the rice not quite sushi like.. what a disaster! it is still a cheap place to eat, and it is quite cool, but i dont think i am going to the particular restaurant again.. Itsu take away ... much better!!
