The service is just getting worse. We had our drinks order taken but after 15mins of waiting for someone to return we gave up and left.
Completely failed to take our food order. Give it a miss, there are plenty of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk.

We went there today having had some reasonable Dim Sum one evening before Christmas having had a bit to drink. This time we went with kids and grandparents. The restaurant looked great and the service not brilliant but at least they all seemed to care what they were doing and just weren't that efficient, in ordinary circumstances this would have been entirely forgiveable. However the food was simply atrocious. The Dim Sum were passable at best which for somewhere supposedly specialising in this was not great. They do not deserve a full blow by blow account of how bad the food was. Suffice it to say that the Teriyaki Chicken was pre-cooked (naturally stringy having been woefully overcooked) chicken which appered to have been dunked in a bit of sauce before being served at the table....marinate? Why bother this way is clearly so much easier. Only problem of course the meat hadn't absorbed any of the flavour. I put this to the manager and she admitted that this is how all their main dishes are prepared. We won't be returning. We paid £20 less for far more and far better food a mon th or so back in Chinatown and will be returning to the New World on Macclesfield St but not to Dim T in Pimlico or any of it's group. Clearly we had drunk too much to realise how shoddy they were before Christmas.
