Got voucher for this restaurant, brought my dad and family here to try Brazilian food.

Will start from beginning:

1. Ordered the food at 3PM, starter was served 1 hour later (at 4PM). At that time we were really hungry. Waitress brought two soups, I asked if we could get bread and she said we will have pay extra for that, it wasn't a problem, problem was that bread was served after ~15min when soup was already eaten.

2. After eating poor starters we had to wait about 20min for main dish. When it arrived, we almost ate our lunch with waitress, because she was sitting next to our table and having her lunch/dinner

3. Ordered two steaks. One half cooked and another well made - both were half cooked.

Ordered two lambs and asked to bring one without CousCous... Guess what - both were with CousCous.

4. Desserts (ordered apple tart) - I thought it should be hot, unfortunately piece of pie was cold as ice cream next to it

Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Also the prices are way too high for service and food like this.

This was a very good choice for a quiet Saturday night dinner! The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The staff were attentive and friendly and we will definitely go back. I can highly recommend it.

Canecao, just a name. I didn't like at all the way the manager dealt with his customers. It's just advertising, but actually the place is quite okay. However, the food is not. The only nice thing there is the bartender. I wouldn't put my feet there again. It was a mistake to think that I would find a good place to eat.

Very low standards at Canecao. Our food arrived in stages as they apparently only have one microwave - it was THAT bad. Service lackadaisical and we soon realized it was a huge mistake to have gone here. The place might be OK to watch a football match, although alcohol was rather pricey, but don't expect a nice Brazilian meal here. There are plenty of other far better places in London for that.
