V. V. Disappointed with the delivery service!!

I ordered sushi through the youmesushi website last month and it was taking me more than 50 minutes. Since I had a confirmation email I phoned them and asked to double check and they said.. 'oh there was some mistakes in the process and somehow we didn't SEE your order.......'.

Well that's fine at least they were being honest and said 'sorry'!

TODAY I ordered sushi at 6:50 pm and delivery was taking more than 45 minutes so I phoned them to double check! And the lady said 'Oh I've just checked and delivery is on its way'. She didn't even say sorry. So I blamed on the traffic jam although it's just around the corner...

AND YET WHAT I FOUND is that on the receipt, the transaction was made at the time I phoned them!! They actually didn't see my order by mistake (again) and lied to me by saying the delivery is on its way and made the sushi for me as soon as they hang up.

Thank you for the sushi but.. Please.. don't lie to the customer.
