Bihari boti is lovely. Decor is modern and clean. The rest is downhill after that, Shocking service. Really bad, ruins the experience!

The experience was very disapointing. I was particularly shocked by the quality of the service, very poor manners and argumentative. The prawns curry was rubbery and the rice luke warm.

Bundu khan was a nice place to visit in ramadhan but was really busy downstairs. It was overcrowded and service was slow at aftari time. The waiters looked stressed and could have been more neatly presented. The food was nice but the Firni( rice pudding ) was runny and the AC didn't seem to be on....Bundu khan waiters used to wear bow ties or maybe I just picked that up from their website pictures. They need to keep up high standards as this could be a lovely place to eat.

I visited this restaurant 2 days ago. I was impressed with the variety of food on offer for a vegetarian and I was pleased to see that the saag paneer was actually properly made. The music was great (All my favourite bollywood -punjabi music!). The only thing which let the restaurant down was its service. The waiter looked very stern, he looked as if he was constant under stress, he hardly smiled and we had to ask when our food was going to arrive which only seemed to agitate him. I thought that was a bit rude considering we were waiting for some time. I would say it needs to improve its staffing levels. Female toilets were a let down too, no loo roll! But other than that, food was decent compared to other places.

My girlfriend and her friends took us to Bundu Khan although I had heard about it but this was our first visit. Loved the food especially Bihari Boti and Kebabs with Suji Halwa. It reminded me of Karachi.
Amazing place will recommend strongly

just went to bundu khan 6 people, expensive for what is very average food which you can find in any punjabi cafe. Its more of bengali restaurant trying to pass it self off as pathan food.
will never go there again! ripping-off of people with its flashy exterior with below average food and well over-priced!!

We went yesterday to celebrate my 40t birthday. Food was superb, we ordered a huge variety, starters and curries all cooked to perfection, the curries had individual taste, and ingredients were fresh. Vegetables were not overcooked and were not overpowered by the spices, we had the Lamb Karahi, the meat was of excellent quality, no fatty bits at all. Prawns were fresh. The Makhni Chickhen was delicious. Even the plain boiled rice was fragrant. We would highly recommend the Seekh Kebab, Bihari Kebab and Chickhen Tikkas. Naan and Parathas , which are their speciality were served straight from the tandoor. The same standard is certainly maintained when it comes to the Desserts, Gajar and Sujee Halwas very tasty!!The service was fast and attentive.Staff were polite. This is true Pakistani Cuisine at its very best. If you want authenthic Pakistani food in a clean bright environment, with excellent service, i can not recommend this place highly enough.A touch on the expensive side, but very much worth it , no greasy tablecloths or dirty plates here. Very rarely does one have the pleasure to dine at a place that ticks all the boxes and more. Staff were happy to set up the ramp needed for my mother's wheelchair access. And they welcome kids!!!! Just brilliant.

This place was hyped up as the best thing to come out of Pakistan in terms of authenticity. You waited for an extra 6 months for it to open since the placard outside declared proudly of its imminent opening in April and yet here you are in November leaving the place. The place was trying to be something out of this world but the costumes and environment seemed to overwhelm the staff. It was all hype for nothing as the food came out cold, in silly trays and staff fumbling about. There was nothing tasty about the place. A real odd restaurant that was always fairly empty and felt distant.
