Mingling Bar and Restaurant

I happen to be searching for lychee liqueur with my friend Victoria who was reminiscing about days she used to spend in London in a fab bar called the Mingling Bar and what amazing cocktails, specifically the mingling champagne cocktail. Wow, she is in raptures about this place .... we both now live with our families and our little kiddies having settled with our husbands... cocktail bars seem a long way away now. If you would be so fabulously kind and send us the recipe for your cocktail, and also tell us where to get lychee liqueur from then we will be sure to visit you on our next trip up to the smoke.

A bottle of champagne wouldn't go amiss too.

ps she says the squid was out of this world too.!
