My girlfriend and I went on Monday which was not busy at all. This time, we stepped in saying that we had got the taste card and one waiter (with some rude manners) told us that to get the card´s benefits we should phone one hour before.

We said that sorry we did not know that but if they could make an exception because it was uncomfortable for us to go outside for a while, as per the waiter recommendation. Finally, we spoke with the manager and he said that it was okay for us to use the card.

We always have thought that the food is okay, expensive for the quantity served though, and the service not exceptional. However, that last time the service made us feel really uncomfortable like we were not supposed to be there using the taste card. Moreover, we find the customer is not really taken care of, and they charge for service charge and cover charge, the last one I have not never heard about it. Also, they charged the service charge of all the food bill saying that this charge did not have discount...

To sum up, the food is okay but a little bit expensive for the quantity of some tapas, and the service spoils your experience.

Being of Spanish descent i nearly always find Tapas bars below par in London

last night was no exception being one of the worst. It might have been an off night fo the kitchen staff but i was shocked how bad it was at least the beer on tap was very good (Estrella damn) The tortilla was awful and tasted like a very bad quiche, calamari had no flavour and the mussels were hardly visible and overcooked. Cold tapas were ok as not much you can screw up.

Avoid at all costs

3/10 (for the very good beer)

Fairly average tapas bar - sadly not authentic, but still reasonably nice.

I was actually quite happy with the atmosphere / decor. There was a nice buzz to the place and everyone seemed to be having a good time.

On the food side, some of the other reviewers may have a point about authenticity. But I didn't think it was that bad. I probably wasn't in a very fussy mood at the time, but it seemed more or less okay to me.

Service was fine. Nothing outstanding. Friendly enough, but just "doing their job".

Value for money - a little on the steep side for what you get. I'd have been happier if the food had really hit the spot, but this was "just okay". I'm lukewarm about going back. If friends were going, I'd go with them, but I wouldn't be the first to suggest it.

poor food, worst of all we ordered iberico ham from the a la carte menu and were delivered a plate of average cheaper spanish cured ham- when telling the waiter this could not possible be iberico ham, he simply told us that obviously it was not iberico for (if i recall correctly) 11 pounds a plate! frankly, we will never go bck and would strongly recommend anyone brave enough to try this place to check whether anything on the menu is indeed real or fake....

Definitely not what it says on the tin. The over-priced paella was as Spanish as the fast-cook American long grain rice used in it. When we expressed our disappointment, the response was full of warped excuses. Clearly the restaurant manager had absolutely no idea about or interest in good food or respect for his customers.

My girlfriend and I visited Greenwich and we popped into this restaurant on the off chance. We were glad we did because the food was delicious especially the Baileys Creme Brulee and Crema Catalana! We selected mains from the lunch menu and the portions were perfectly sized and very reasonably priced . The environment was laid back and relaxed but don't expect a swanky, modern interior. This venue is perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. I would recommend this eaterie to anyone!
