Three of us went for dinner on Sunday evening. The food was OK, nothing special. But the service was dreadful. My main course of Crispy duck arrived and sat on the table for 15 minutes before the main courses arrived for my wife and guest! So, of course it was cold. No apology forthcoming. The water arrived after the second time of asking in the middle of the main course.

The waitress asked me if the Rosé wine which I had ordered was made from roses...not very knowledgeable then.

The service was very poor and I asked the manager to deduct the service charge from the bill...and he wanted to argue about it!

STAY AWAY IN YOUR DROVES. This place should not be in business and if it carries on like this it won’t be for long...hopefully.

The food here is fantastic, easily one of the best chinese restaurants in London!!! Have been going there for years and never had a bad meal the service is always quick and the food fresh and delicious.

This chinese is terrible. The food here is very greasy and has that Monosodium glutamate in it. I was so disappointed with this food especially considering choys has been around for years and hasn't gone under. I thought maybe this restaurant might be a gem but I found the food to be tasteless. If it is any consolation,they do offer complimentary prawn crackers but as you would expect stale.
