From time of ordering had to wait approximately 50 minutes for the good to arrive (there were only 5 of us). When it arrived it turned out that only 4 meals had been cooked. At no time did anyone come over to us to explain why there was a delay and it was only after asking how much longer we were expected to wait that the 4 out of 5 meals arrived. Strangley enough the missing meal was prepared in less than 10 minutes. Staff were friendly enough but should have kept us informed on delay so poor customer service skills. Chicken was rather tough and relied heavily on the sauce to give any flavour. Jacket potato was not fully cooked either. Onion Loaf was the best part of the whole meal. Needless to say I will not be making a return visit.

There was not a single moment when I did not want to leave. It was noisy, greasy, tacky and the food was terrible. Not recommended.

I picked this restaurant due to its high scores on other people's reviews. They were all around 10, a pretty high score considering that other restaurants that i have been to (and found nice) all scored less. The disappointment was huge. There was not a single moment when i did not want to leave. I can only presume that the good ratings were made by their own staff. I admit it was made worse by the stag do in the corner as seeing half naked, fat, bald men is never good for the appetite. The staff were nice though, the one redeeming point, and appeared not to want the stag party there any more than the customers. I do not recommened!

I can not fault this place at all. The food is great, the staff are fantastic the atmosphere is so relaxed and all at a reasonable price this has come to be one of my favorite restaurants and no doubt i will be eating there again... I am definatly becoming a regular!!!

I accidently came across this restaurant in September 05. Had a wonderful meal within atmospheric surroundings with very friendly and attentive staff. I hope to go back in March.

Great restaurant! I have been coming to this restaurant with my family for more than 5 years now and the quality is always spot on! The management are friendly and the prices and very affordable! Best nachos I've tasted ANYWHERE!!
