Cafe Rouge (Reigate)

One of the worst Cafe Rouge I have ever come across. Food Okay, Service rubbish. Staff asleep and inattentive, and unaware. Had complained before and I am surprised how tolerant the locals seem to be according to this site. Spoken to the Manageress she assured me it was a one off but it was the same today no wonder it was not so busy.
