Had lunch here a couple of weeks back. It's great fun!
The food was good and very filling.
This was my first visit, and I was getting confused by the options, which seemed to exasperate the server.

The best burrito I have tried so far in London and a good size portion. Well prepared slow cooked pork, nice fresh salsa and guacamole, tortilla chips appear freshly made and are a cut above the norm. Almost on a par with Chipotle (USA). In my opinion, Chilango nudges ahead of Tortilla down the road and is way ahead of the very poor burrito I experienced at Wahaca Westfield.
The place appears well organised and ingredients are good quality. Very similar set up and menu to Chipotle. Nice modern restaurant decor and efficient staff.

The best burritos in town! Possibly in the whole country.
Having fallen in love with the American burrito chain Chipotle a few years ago (a consequence of falling in love with an American girl), it was always tough to come back to the UK knowing there would be no more burritos. But Chilango has changed that. They use fresh, great tasting ingredients, and really can't be faulted. Definitely worth a visit.

Yum! A friend recommended this place recently, so thought I'd give it a try...
I got a delicious burrito filled with great flavours and texture. Tasted very fresh and natural... the medium hot sauce gave it a great kick (but be careful - my friend was sweating from the green "extra hot" sauce!)
I washed this down with a nice Mexican beer, with some freshly fried tortilla chips on the side. Perfect. Staff were very friendly and happy.
Without a doubt the best Mexican food I've tried.
Can't wait to go back (I just wished I lived closer to it - hopefully they'll open more...).

Absolutely delicious.... Went there last week for the first time. Idea is similar to Chipotle in the US - burritos/tacos filled with whatever you want by friendly staff. I tried the veggie option, which was great.... tasty fresh guacamole and really good black beans & veg. Also have the frozen margaritas a try which were fun :-) Is quite trendy inside, with stools downstairs and a more relaxed sit-down area upstairs.
Would be great if they also offered crispy tacos (they only had the soft ones on the menu).
Am a big fan of Mexican food, so think this place is a great find. It is definitely the best burrito I've had in the UK.... think I'll be a regular now!

Chilango, formerly known as Mucho Mas, will be familiar to those who know the American chain, Chipotle. It's the same concept recreated here, to almost the same standards. Unfortunately, since the re-branding, they've altered some of their ingredients and it's not as good as it was before. There is now one size instead of 2, and the rice is no longer the longer grain variety with fresh coriander and lime. Now it's a cheap short grain variety with no flavor that looks instant. The portions seem to have shrunk, but the overall product is still very tasty, still one of the best burritos in London. Shame on them for compromising on quality though..bring back the old rice!

burritos are great but they don't serve tap water. Yes, you heard me right, they don't serve tap water as a company policy. What kind of arrogant management comes up with a policy like that. I'll never go there again.
