Christopher's -The American Grill

Christopher's is a fantastic place to go for a drink or for food - the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is very cool and the drinks are absolutely fabulous. I had a Vespa which was delicious.

I love this restaurant! The cocktail bar downstairs is trendy with a great selection of cocktails and you feel like you could spend all night just chilling there. The restaurant upstairs is just as good. The decor is very stylish and the service is very professional and not intrustive. Food is excellent (particularly the steaks) and always of a consistently high standard. I particularly like this restaurant for post theatre as you never feel rushed even when you are dining late.

My wife and I had the pre-theatre menu on the 12th July 08. Everything was excellent - the food, the service and it didn't cost too much for a quality restaurant in the centre of London.

Absolutely delighted to have found Christophers. The first time earlier this year I took a family party of 18 for a pre theatre dinner. We were all ages and left on such a high. The surroundings are so elegant, the food excellent and the staff wonderfully attentive. 2nd time a few weeks ago I took a girl friend, who was equally impressed, loved the martin bar, and enthused over the meal. Have to say I am going again on the 20th June for my wedding anniversary

I love this place! The venue is beautiful and the cocktails are amazing! I went with a group of girlfriends for a hen night and we hired the private room downstairs. The staff were fantastic and looked after us all night and the only down side was that closing time came too early.

I had one of the best meals out that I can remember at Christopher's.

The food is exceptional -I recommend the scallop mousse for all you seafood devotees -and the service and ambiance are second to none.

A really great venue, with top class cuisine that will want you going back for more!

Superb restaurant in Covent Garden serving the most delicious contemporary American food in beautiful surroundings. You go up a candlelit sweeping stone spiral staircase to enter the restaurant, it's all so romantic and elegant without being pretentious or snooty. Staff are warm and friendly, efficient, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is incredibly good, particularly the steak, and there's a funky cocktail bar downstairs too.

Had a great night at Christopher's. The martini bar is a great way to start the evening off and our food was delicious, particularly the crab cake starter.

My steak was cooked just right, as was my husbands. Service was efficient and polite.

Well priced wine list as well. Would definitelyr eturn.

This is an excellent restaurant, great food, decent selection, and very impressive service.

I especially recommend the brunch option on Sundays - really good value!

The steak is the best I've had in London.

Absolutely loved eating here. Wonderful atmosphere, great food and amazing cocktails. The pre-theatre menu is excellent with a surprisingly low price tag (about £15 per person) and it was nice not to have to pay extra for a steak. Service was good; unfortunately didn't get to sample the champagne bar but it looked very exciting. Will definitely eat there again.
