Raw Spice

Have been several times in the last month. As with all in these north indian restaurants the service is not the best but you cant complain. Most importantly the food is very good, and my friends have now become hooked to the place. Like going with the family who all enjoy the food.

We have been to this place twice. Once for dinner and once for lunch. When we went to dinner, the atmosphere and the food and the service was very good. The food was quite tasty. So on this basis, we planned to have lunch there, and the experience was quite bad. We weren't given main course plates. Had to eat in the plates given for starters. The service was quite slow and was not quite what we ordered. For kids, we had ordered the set menu and when we asked for an extra plate and a glass, they bluntly refused... How pathetic!!! And they took hours to bring our main course and then when we wanted to order something more, they said the kitchen is closed now.

Don't know if it is just the lunch service which is so bad, as I had a totally different experience with dinner.

the food is ok but the service is awful, and that is putting it mildly..some staff don't speak English that well...can't explain the menu, get the orders wrong, take the menus away as soon as you order the starters and I could go on and on... really dodgy staff and service stinks on a Firday...when 6 of us visited! AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!
