the food is ok but the service is awful, and that is putting it mildly..some staff don't speak English that well...can't explain the menu, get the orders wrong, take the menus away as soon as you order the starters and I could go on and on... really dodgy staff and service stinks on a Firday...when 6 of us visited! AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

I have popping in and out of Raw Spice for the occasional drink/snack since it first opened. Only last week, did I actually go in there for a proper sit-down meal with some friends. This place gets packed on a Friday night, so waiting for a table was a little annoying, yet at least some reassurance was gained in the knowledge that the food must be fresh!
They have novel ordering buzzers on the table, so gone are the days of trying to flag down a waiter! We got our drinks order in immediately, and they came quiclkly. The wait for the food was not too painful either.
Our paneer, mogo (cassava), chicken, lamb and fish were all amazing and the rotis kept coming!
Unlike the after-effect of most "Indian pubs", my stomach stayed intact the next day!
Definitely a place to recommend. Drinks prices are a little steep though, and the car park needs sorting or maybe an attendant.
Happy to go back!
