I went here weeks ago with my friends and kinda liked it. Spacious, interesting shop structures (combining shops and restaurants)

Food was good too.

I made a pilgrimage to the natural kitchen when visiting London eariler this month. Last Christmas my neice sent me one of their cheese hampers, it was brilliant! Great cheese, unusual biscuits with special flavours to match the cheeses, a fine port and fun cheese knife in the shape of a mouse!

So I thought I would check out the store. An interesting layout with large wooden tables to eat the take away foods. I went to look at the cheese but the butchers area blew me away, great fresh, organic meat, ready prepared for cooking. Sadly as a visitor I was unable to buy the stuffed chicken legs prepared on site. They looked spendid. Upstairs I enjoyed a great britsh breakfast, the sausages were amazing. The freshly prepared juices were excellent. I filled one of their hessian style shopping bags and carried it home to the north east. Please Imogen send me more next Christams!

After stumbling on the Natural Kitchen several months back, it has quickly become a firm favourite.

I'm often in Marylebone mid afternoon, and its the perfect place to pop into for lunch with a friend, And buy your evening dinner!

Theres is a comprehensive salad bar dowstairs, and also a selection of sandwiches, which one can eat in or take away. However, we usually head straight upstairs for the hot food! The regular menu is good (the goats cheese tarts particularly so), but its the specials that keeps us coming back. The fishcakes, risotto and lasange are all to die for. Furthermore, wine is sold at retail price, i.e. the same as its sold off shelf down in the basement cellar, which really helps keep the cost sensible.

The butchers are brilliant - the salt marsh lamb and chicken kievs are great to take home for dinner. Theres also excellent fresh pasta and sauces. My one compalint is that there isn't enough else, so often have to go down to waitrose too. But the quality of what you can get here is worth it.

Highly recommended!!
