I was so disappointed with this restaurant.

Slow - they took an age to collect our order.

Basic - nice, but very basic food.

Expensive - basic food would be fine for £5, but they charged £12 each!

Portions - small. Upon leaving, we opened a packet of biscuits to fill us up!

Went to Qasser on a Wednesday evening in October 09 with a friend. Very nice atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, excellent food. We had the Moussaka, the Halloumi, and the vegetarian special. Oh, and they don't serve alcohol, but we had copious amounts of mint tea instead. Towards 10pm, we did notice the other guests had left, and staff seemed to want to go home for the night, bringing us the bill without our having asked!

But that's really the only thing I could possibly moan about. Other than that, Qasser is a great place and I'll be sure to come back - though perhaps earlier in the evening.

Excellent food at good value (particularly £7.95 lunch special which is quite a feast).
