This is my favorite pub in London, I travel there every month and never miss the Churchill Arms! Wonderful atmosphere, warm staff, great service. A must do on your list while in London.

Went with my whole family on Christmas Eve while on vacation from the states. Great atmosphere. Treated warmly by staff and patrons alike. Food was great, prices reasonable. Highlight of our trip as far as dining out.

Have been several times - often as part of a large group. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The food is GREAT VALUE and always very tasty. The pub is usually crowded but there is always a great atmosphere.

Great Thai food - drinks can be expensive though. It can get ridiculously crowded in the evenings, so if you don't like crowds go for lunch. Service is hit or miss... sometimes it's hard to understand the Asian staff. When my wife and I go we pay £12 for two Thai curries, and about another £6-£7 for two pints. Overall, I'd recommend it... but being I don't like crowds I enjoy it a lot more when I go for lunch.

A very fun pub and reasonably priced good Thai food! Very busy most days, somewhat of a pick-up place........regulars to the left, happening to the right, and food in the back. Do watch the blonde behind the bar, she sometimes serves stall pull or ????? Overall, a great time!

This place is the best! Nothing can touch its flavour. We travel 40 miles just to come here. We appreciate that it is busy and you can only have an hour for the table. Churchills thai kitchen is a marvel to be found in a good English pub. It is not meant to be a place where you have a candlelit dinner. Good flavoursome grub at a good price with a good beer! I would rather eat this Thai food than any other. What's the point of sitting in a posh restaurant when the food lets it down!

Try this, you won't be disappointed if you enjoy good Thai food! Can't wait for my next visit! Total addiction!

Very very nice thai food. Great athmosphere, great service. You have to book to get a table if you don't know the crew!

We went to eat in the restaurant today (Tue July 10 2007) and were seated in the back (the backmost corner). The food has always been excellent (we've bwwn there a few times before) - and it was good today as well - BUT this time we discovered that the place has COCKROACHES; Not just one or two, but several crawled in the cracks of the wall and along the panels. I managed to kill two but spotted two more. One actually came within an arms distance while we were eating. They were of the German kind - about 1.5 cm of length - not the big ones. I told the staff and they were clearly aware of the problem - judged by the their reaction. This I consider to be a serious drawback on what is otherwise an excellent establishment.

This is NOT Thai food. This is sticky sweet, all-taste-the-same, dumbed-down pseudo "Oriental" grub that is ample and cheap. Real Thai food is a subtle balance of salty (fish sauce), sharp (lime), spicy (chiles) and sweet (tamarind). This rough grub forsakes the first three flavors. It over-relies on cheap non-Thai ingredients -- like the yellow onions that dominated all three of the indistinguishable stir fries we tried. The staff is Thai but -- a first in my experience -- they were abrupt and ungracious. One grudgingly replaced a "clean" plate that had rice stuck to it. Go elsewhere.

I love it - have been frequenting this pub for over 5 years and love the food, love the atmosphere ( even if they can be a little bossy) it just ads to the charm!

The only problem with the pub is that it can sometimes get overcrowded and busy!
