Very pleasantly surprised! I was expecting to take my guests to the Singaporean restaurant that was here before Noto Kikuya, but instead was treated to authentic Japanese sushi, tempura etc etc. We had the "Noto" menu, priced at £18 per head, which included 5 courses, all different, and very nicely presented; all served one course after the other and the sushi made by the sushi chef, on a long bar, situated close to some of the tables if you want to see him at work. Service: just right. Not rushed (but you wouldn't choose the Noto if you wanted a quick lunch). Overall, a good lunchtime experience, and good value.
