Cute little place opened recently upstairs at Leong's Legends. Basically a cafe (with the added bonus of free wifi!) but Chinese-style so they sell lovely Taiwanese bubble teas in lots of flavours and some puddings cakes etc. My mum is from Malaysia so she was pleased to see Ipoh white coffee available. Not sure what time it's open til but it would be nice place to have something sweet after a meal nearby or downstairs at Leong's which is very good.
