Chutney & Lager

I've been a regular here snce the first month of its opening. To begin with, its a bar cum restaurant, though on weekdays the neighbouring offices keep it more of the former. The atmosphere is good, jolly. But the food..... oh my God..... the food is outstanding.... and thats coming from someone who's true blue Punjabi and who will travel many a mile to get good Indian food. The quality, taste and preparation of the food is better than most Indian restaurants I have had in Central London (incl the top ones!).... the only (very slightly) better place for kebabs is Tayyabs in Whitechapel.... prices are VERY reasonable given its location and the staff are friendly (though overworked!).... Chutney & Lager is highly recommended....!!
