Ok place, a bit on the expensive side and portions are a bit on the smaller side!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant recently. We shared starters of satay with peanut sauce and karipap, both of which were done to perfection. My nasi lemak was light and fluffy and the accompaniments were equally good. My husband enjoyed his main of Dendeng Kicap (a beef dish stir fried in sweet soya sauce). We shared a dessert of banana fritters with vanilla ice cream which topped off a wonderful meal. The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. We will be visiting Tukdin again!

A truly Malaysian flavour!

To those who's not familiar with Malaysian food, imagine tasting the best of Indian and Chinese cuisine on one plate. Taste and service? 10/10. No more compliments needed.

Ask Tukdin or any of the staff how to enjoy your meal. Its all about sharing. Please read the intro on the menu telling you how to eat satay as a starter.

My fav here is Masak Lemak Daging Salai (grilled beef) with rebung (bamboo shoot).

Dont forget to order Karipap (currypuff) Chicken/potato to bring home so you can share the goodness of Malaysia taste with those absent.

Selamat Menjamu Selera - Bon Appetit!

As people probably know from my last review, I'm not shy about expressing my opinions and now is no exception. Tukdin has been very highly recommended before and I also very highly recommend it. If you want a kampong feel with truly authentic food, Tukdin is the place to go. As always, I ordered the nasi goring kampong and I must say, I wanted thirds! Never before have I tasted anything so divine. It is just as good as my folks' home cooking and that's saying something.

God bless Tukdin! If there is a heaven on earth, or something close to it, then Tukdin is definitely it! I'll be going back time and time again, even if I have to bankrupt myself doing it. I don't think I'll ever need to cook again!

My husband and I were really looking forward to going to Tudkins after reading some great reviews on this restaurant. We went there on the 31/07/10 and were definetely not disappointed.

10 out of 10.

One word - GEM. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from the starters to the dessert. The food really tasted delicious and had a good feel of good wholesome Malay food outside of Malaysia,

The two hours that I was there felt me being transported back to my hometown Ipoh in Malaysia as most of the diners there were Malaysian.

A throughly enjoyable meal experience. Tukdins will defenitely be seeing a lot of me and my husband there. We cannot wait to go back there to try the hawker style delights on offer.

My take home message, for those who want to experience good malaysian food(malay style home cooking) a trip to Tukdin is well worth it.

Thank you Tukdins. Keep up the good work and am looking forward to sampling more pf your dishes from your current menu and the new menu coming up.

Brilliant. This is what you could call truly Malaysian food away from Malaysia. As perfect as it gets. Manifestation of Tuk Din's great reputation as cook-extraordinarie when it comes to Malaysian Cuisine. To add to that, Chef Fauzi aka Tuk Din Jr's culinary expertise in fusion cuisine just add to the variety for those who prefer it Malaysian style.

Great ambience, with the ever warm Malaysian hospitality. Go there once, and staffs as well as patrons of Tuk Din's will remember you and makes you feel at home, regardless of from wherever you are. Will definitely recommend this little gem to anyone, Malaysian or non Malaysian keen to savour the best of Malaysian food outside Malaysia. A must visit for true food connoisseur.

Tukdin flavours of Malaysia has been only opened for 5 months.. the food is amazing truly taste of Malaysia home cooking at its finest. The authenticity of the food is just devine.. its value for money , no alcohol is served , there's a prayer room.. Tukdin great reputation is spreading fast. ppl who go to dine there are always recommended by their friends .. the signature dishes are satay goreng , ikan bakar (grilled fish) , nasi lemak .. you should go and try it for yourselves.. pls be advised to make a reservation before you visit.. last time i went they were fully booked ...
