It was a Sunday Evening and not very crowded but the service was slow and not all that attentive. The food was ok but hardly inspired. It seemed to follow a formula and have no originality or warmth as a restauratn. Disappointing compared to a previous visit.

i use to go there when it was meze bar. since the management changed i went there twice but it was compeletly rubbish, we use to go there very regurarely my as a family we use to love the owner and the manager they were great people and friendley. at the moment prices are expensive, service is very poor and food is tasteless.

We `ve recently moved to that area and were very happy to see a Greek restaurant nearby. Went there a week ago hoping to get good Greek food but god, were we disappointed! It was overpriced and absolutely tasteless. If in NY for 10.25 you can get a huge souvlaki platter (meat+potatoes+salad), in East Finchley for £10.25 we got only pieces of dry chicken. what a bad contrast.

Their shrimps and avocado salad looked like the cheapest thing arrived from the budget supermarket Budgens - shrimps were tastless and avocado wasn`t ripe..

although the waiters did their best to impress but the evening was ruined.

never anymore!

PS The place looks good, though.

Went to this restaurant last week. Have to say it was lovely. There were lots of waiting staff and the service second to none.

Food was pleasant and there was a modern Euro feel about the place. Although it has now changed from a Turkish Restaurant to a Greek, (This is where i feel there are difference of opinions below), apart from the Decor it didn't feel Greek, but at the same time you could sit there and be in any mediterranean restaurant.

There was ample space between tables(something that usually annoys me) and the atmosphere was very laid back.

The manager was very attentive and was kind to offer us a drink on the house after the meal as a welcome to his restaurant.

Overall looks very young as a restaurant but i feel if they keep things simple, this will definately be the next "in" place to be eating.

I have been to this place twice now since it came under new management (July 2007) On both occasions i found the food to be bland (i once made the mistake of ordering Kelftico, which although looks very impressive was devoid of any flavoring), over priced and awful service. Not rude, the waiting staff are all very polite but they just take ages to take your order/bring your food.

It is a shame because under the old management this place was quite a good restaurant.

Went on Saturday with husband for birthday meal. Restaurant fabulously redecorated however, that is where the praise ends. Having recently been taken over, the menus had changed (the great set meze no longer available) and there were not nearly enough waiting staff. It took 1/2 an hour before our orders were taken and offered anything to drink and after just over an hour only two cold dips had arrived. 2 hours later, mains arrived, however, not the ones that were ordered. Manager very apologetic and explained how they were having problems in kitchen but this didn't really make up for a very disappointing meal, which is a real shame as we both have previously loved everything about this restaurant!
