City Miyama

In short, Miyama City's sushi bar has the best sushi I've tasted outside Japan. I dined during the happy hour which offers great value. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the fish tastes fresh. The sushi bar is separate from the main restaurant and whilst not winning any awards for interior design, it's relatively comfortable and serves its purpose. I've generally found it quite hard to find good sushi in Britain but I'll be coming back to Miyama very soon.
