I bought their dan dan/ tan tan noodles for lunch and it was meant to be a spicy minced pork, sping onions. When it came out the lady who gave me my order could clearly see I was not happy but told me since I had already paid for it I couldnt change it....how poor you are at customer service. To the eye it looked really bland, some value shop bought spaghetti, 2 tablespoons of minced pork which were mainly peppercorns and was so hot you couldnt even get any flavour. I am soooo disappointed, threw away the food after 3 mouthfuls, had hoped it would get better. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE........THE FOOD IS RUBBISH!!!!!

Food is okay - it's a fast food place so mostly all cooked en masse and then dished up quickly on receipt of order so there may be a timing issue affecting quality. Meals can be quite salty and leave you thirsty afterwards but I think it's not bad for what it is.
However, the service is, in my opinion, diabolical. I am not sure if it is a cultural thing but the staff in there seem to struggle to say 'thank you' during any part of the transaction. The miserable-looking bloke who hands you the food after aggressively shouting out the calling number wins the prize for out-and-out rudeness.
I have cut down the frequency of my visits as a result of the poor service and kick myself every time I give it another try.
Management - please do something!
