Ate here May 2011, food taste and presentation was absolutely amazing, lamb was so tender, even the veg tasted great. Service was brilliant, really made to feel welcome. Atmoshphere, music, decor and obviously food was brilliant, highly recomended.

Wonderful Moroccan food in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately my last visit to doukan with friends was greeted with quite a hostile service, which really let the whole place down. Our table was ignored by the front of house staff for the majority of the night, and when we were approached for our orders my friend who is gluten intolerant was told that her dish with a rice accompaniment couldnt be changed or removed the waiter looked horrified and suggested that she should be made to pay more for this inconvenience of removing the rice.

Like i said, the food was great unfortunately the lack of service has ruined this place for me and i will not be going back, which is a shame as the food really is amazing.

Have eaten here plenty of times over the last two years. Always impeccable food and service. The chicken bastilla is divine, and I think I have pretty much worked my way through the entire menu and have never been disappointed. The slow cooked lamb on Sunday is superb. Lovely wines, fabulous front of house staff, and as the previous reviewer says, Khalil the owner always checks that his customers are happy. Great surroundings, unaffected service and my favourite place to eat locally. Also good to visit for a glass or four of wine, some tapas style dishes and a shisha pipe when not in the mood for dinner. Keep up the good work!

We have been to Doukan a few times over the past few months and every time I am surprised by the quality of the food. Service has got a lot better with the last two visits and the tenderness of the meat in the tagines is quite something.

in a short space of time Doukan has become a very popular local restaurant with a good reputation. It is nice to see that the owner still speaks to every customer to make sure they are enjoying their meal. The best restaurant in Wandsworth. 20.07.10
