Great name, great ambience but on this occasion let down by some staff and the food. Very disorganised! We booked a table for 6 at lunch but on arrival there was some confusion as to whether there was a table ready for us. The food all arrived at different times and 2 meals didn't arrive until most of the others had finished. When we pointed out that we'd been wainting a long time for the outstanding dishes the response was "I know" and on the second occasion a slightly better "I understand, sorry". Both dishes were seafood but on arrival one had no prawns and very little of anything else. What seafood there was had been chopped very small. Perhaps they had run out? They were a little busy which may have been a reason for the problems we experienced. We did get both late, unsatisfactory meals for free after a little negotiating. Unfortunately there's nothing like arguing your case for a discount to give you indigestion, as if the long wait and then fast eating weren't enough.

Shame about the disorganised and uncaring staff and the lack of manager on duty. I had to be assertive to get any service. The venue and food are actually very nice. Don't think that I will bother again. I don't have the patience.

Great chinese. Ambience thin but staff friendly and price / quality really very good - I am there 2x per month. Food excellent and best - at least for me - dim sum, singapore noodles and either the chile/garlic dry fried crab or lobster.

Westminster's not exactly a gastronomic paradise so we were pleased to hear about this place in the Evening Standard. Tried it after work and was pleasantly surprised. It's not in the same league as Min Jiang or Hakkasan, but it's miles better than anything on offer in Chinatown. Everything seemed fresh and authentic and the sauces weren't too gloopy.
Returned for dim sum a week later and enjoyed that too. Prices seem reasonable too, about £3 for 3 pieces.
Atmosphere a little lacking but hardly surprising given its still new. Will definitely return.
