Went here last night and was very impressed with the food and menu, which had much more variety than the average. The service was friendly, but a little slow (although we were in a hurry, so this might not be a fair comment). Complimentary oranges at the end of the meal were a nice touch.

Was at this restaurant on 12th June. Can't praise it enough. We were a female party of 9 in London to celebrate a 50th birthday. The staff and manager/owner were fantastic and the food was top class and very good value. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely return on my next trip to the smoke

Had a great time. Food was amazing. I had a great dish with char siu pork with rice and duck.
The display of food was acceptable compared to other Chinese places and some of the staff were very polite with many smiles.
However there was one particular lady who stood behind the bar/counter was particularly rude looking. She was not welcoming and awfully harsh to other customers.
A smile would normally take you far however a smile to her causes a horrid stare of cockiness.

We went to New Fook Lam Moon in China Town London for a change. We had a set meal and it was terrible. Bad quality of food and the chef can't cook. Food was bland and waterery. Our Sichuan Prawns were frozen prawns with no taste. Pork with fat around and chili dry beef was overcooked. My stir fried vegetable is ok with a lot of water in the plate.
We didnt spend more than 30 minutes there . This meal cost us over £50. The waiter asked us whether we wanted to take a doggie bag. My husband couldn't hide his disappointment and told him the food was not good. I wouldn't expect an apology. I know full well being a Chinese. Well, what can I say, my husband has been spolied with real Chinese food even in this country. He can tell what is real good Chinese food or not. as what he said, the Chinese takeways near where we live cook better food than this one did.
So, my advice is to AVOID this restaurant unless you don't have much experience in authentic Chinese food. No wonder it was quite full and no Chinese around.
