I have never written a review in my life, but I feel that I have to about Doodle Poodle.
I have ordered from this place several times and I have to say the food is of good quality and reasonably priced. However what really let's it down is the service.
The last two times the food has been very late, the first was for a delivery which finally arrived (after several calls) a hour and 45 minuted after I ordered it. The second order I decided that I would pick it up myself, that way it would be quicker. I phoned at 7:45pm and said that I would like to pick up the order at 8:30 and was told to come at 8:40 as they were busy. I turned up when they asked and they said that they had quite got it done and asked me to wait 5 mins. I could then see them in the back checking all the order slips looking for mine. They then came out and asked me exactly what I ordered whilst basically taking the order again. I said are you taking the order again and they said NO! They then said it would be another 5 mins, while she ran into the kitchen with what she just wrote down!! AT which point I had enough of being lied too!!! They didn't say sorry, they didn't discount the order for there errors and when I told what I think of there service the chef came out and said do you want the food or not!!
If this is the way they speak to their customers i am surprised they get any business!!!!!
I cannot give a minus for service but if I could I would.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I have been a Noodle Foodle supporter for over 3 years now and the food is excellent however be warned that they do not speak good English and inevitably two out of three orders are incorrect and when questioned about this they do not understand. After three years of this, the other day I refused to pay for food delivered when they had got the order incorrect and got called up late at night and told 'you no order' and they hung up on me. A strange behavioiur for Japanese culture, maybe they have changed ownership or have a new cheif as the sushi has curiously acquired a non-Japanese sauce. So be prepared for bad service and the odd abusive comment.
