Ancora Bistro

Food was good but unfortunately when the restaurant got busy (there are only about 8 tables) the service was terrible. Only the owner was serving and we had to wait 40 mins for our plates to be cleared away and offered the dessert menu., despite us repeatedly asking. Once the dessert menu came we waited a further 15 minutes to have our order taken before we gave up and left. The service has put me off going again as it is quite an expensive place. The owner then had the cheek to put a 12% tip on, even though he apologised profusely about the service and knew he was in the wrong!
