Masala Zone (Fulham)

I recently ordered a delivery from here and am absolutely appalled.

Not only were the clear instructions not adhered to on the order but in addition I received the wrong product.

When I called to highlight this to them I was told I would receive a call back within 5 minutes - I waited 10 and ended up ringing back myself. Only for the guy to question whether I actually wanted what I received (just to note the food sent was much cheaper than what was ordered). In addition to his he had the cheek to say that he wouldn't charge me to send the correct food that I ordered!!!

Absolutely disgraceful and some of the lowest level of customer service I have seen in a very long time.

On top of this the food was disgusting!!! Not even worth the hassle or the money paid for it!

Really not a good meal. The worst Indian i've had. Everything was salty, and tasteless. Sort it out.

They cant be doing well if they keep giving meals away, gave it a try and was not at all impressed with the food. The half price gave us a try but would not even bother again, i'd rather spend money - even if i had to pay more to eat tasty fresh quality food else where.

Had an excellent meal in the opening week with 3 friends, 50% off deal attracted me in and I have to say it was great value and we had a very enjoyable evening! We had a few street food starters and then thalis for main, the choice was good and flavours amazing. Really different to your traditional curry but just as good! Speedy service and nice ambience, would definitely return!
