Haz (St Paul's)

Attended this venue twice for some after work dinner and drinks. The first time for dinner, we were served a glass of flat champagne and lukewarm main dishes, one of the fish dishes tasted very salted indeed. That said, the mezze we had for starters was very nice.

Thinking we would give the place a second chance we went for a work drinks event, the venue as a whole is very large so it is hard to get an atmosphere. £7.95 for a glass of pinot grigio we considered a little steep. We cannot fault the mezze again though on this occasion, just be careful what wine you order!

Popped in after work with some work colleagues. Lovely new restaurant, decor modern and laid out very well, atmosphere very good considering it was a cold Wednesday evening. Very good menu selection and good set menu prices. Service excellent, will be visiting quite often for a quick lunch or social after work, lovely bar. Great alternative and something different.
