Pizza Hut (Enfield)

Worst service ever in my life and I've been to alot of restaurants including a lot of pizza huts too .I went in asked for a table for three asked if I could sit on a table which had not been cleaned as yet and the member of staff said no problem I will clean it for you and he did.he then dissapeared I thought he had gone the get me a waiter or some cutlery but no he had just gone to carry on working doing other things .

After sitting there for a further 10 to 15 mins another member if staff came along and took our order,which was 2 potions or garlic bread and 2 pizzas, another 10 to 15 mins went by still no cutlery but we now had drinks , 5 minutes went by and our 2 pizzas turned up with 2 plates not to mention thier were three of us,further more with no starter or cutlery so I asked for it ,the girl I asked said who's your waiter by now the pizza had began to get cold. Another girl from the back came out with three forks but no knifes . At this point I lot my temper and just got up with disgust thought to myself im paying to be treated like this!

So I decided to get up and walk out , will be contacting the manager later !

Never again !!!!!!! Did not eat went home hungry thanks to pizza hut they spoiled a great day out with the family.

I have eaten at this Pizza Hut several times now, and to be honest, it is what it is. The Meat Feast pizza was nice, rich in flavours and was value for money. £14.98 for a large pizza to share was good and the bottomless Pepsi went down like a treat.

I would recommend this Pizza Hut to friends and family, or those who wants a cheap evening out. Cant wait to go back!
