I would say it has the RUDEST service in all the restaurants we've ever been to in this country.

The waitress treated us like we were eating there for free... Also they charged us 50p to just add some hot water in the tea without telling us the charge first. I'm wondering if that is even legal!

The food is eatable, but if you don't want to leave the restaurant with a very bad mood, just DON't go!

Rude and obnoxious service! Although we only had mains we weren't offered the dessert menu but the bill instead. When we pointed out that we weren't done yet they did bring out the dessert menus but not without mentioning that we had to clear the table within the next 20min because they 'had to run a business'.

Needless to say that we left without having dessert there - just incredibly rude!

We were eating in this restaurant when the waitress spilt a whole glass over one of my fellow diners. She and the other waitress present did nothing to offer a cloth to wipe down my friend.

I can only recommend avoiding this particular eatery because if anything spilt the waitresses do not know what to do about mopping up the mess as there is no procedure in place to deal with this situation

One waitress thought it was funny that one of the diners was dripping red wine. I asked specifically for a clean damp cloth to mop my friend up but none was offered

We were given money to launder and dry clean the spoilt clothing.

My companion had to journey home with damp clothing with red wine stains

much in evidence

Went here for lunch today - wow. Great food - there were 7 of us and everyone was impressed. Nicely presented, fresh and extremely tasty. Will definitely be going back!

Hot waitresses for a start.

The food here never disappoint me. Very well seasoned and beautifully presented. I've tried quite a few dishes here and the spare ribs, papaya salad, and pad thai are particularly good. Attentive service although they might sound a bit rude on the phone when you make reservations or order delivery (probably because they don't speak very good English). Very nice ambience. Beautiful decor. The menu is very well designed with leather cover and elephant patterns.

If you have a taste london card, you'll also get 50% off the food menu which is amazing. Even if you don't have it, it's still very good value for money. This place is definitely worth a visit.
