My friends and I had a wonderful time at Coco Bamboo. The staff were flexible and responsive to the changing/growing size of our group. And on a Saturday night no less. We ordered from the set menu and, as you might expect, received our food promptly. It was delicious.

I've been there only once, but I was extremely impressed! The food was absolutely delicious! At the time they had a special deal 2 courses for £12 or 3 courses for £15, needless to say I got the 3 course meal and came out wishing I'd go back the day after! The service was great as well, location - easy access, prices - with the deal, very reasonable.

If you'd like to try something very tasty, with some Brazilian roots, but above all, just really good food, I'd highly recommend this place!

This restaurant was recommended to me by a Brazilian friend, and being half-Brazilian myself I can definitely say that the food here was the best South American fare I have had in London. I came with some friends from uni. I had the feijoada which is a traditional black bean stew, and it arrived piping hot in a bowl together with rice and the side-dishes we ordered, including cassava fries (so difficult to get here!) and sweet potato. The atmosphere was relaxed, the waiters were not the quickest, but very helpful and friendly. We had a few cocktails, I enjoyed a sweet mango and coconut creme brulee, and when the bill came we were very pleased with the total price, which came to about £20 a head. This was an enjoyable night out, and I would definitely recommend it to nybody who wants to try something exotic and exciting.
